When you hear the term ‘inner critic’, you can probably get a sense of what it means straight away. After all, most of us can identify with feeling bad about ourselves.
What takes a little longer is understanding exactly when our inner critic shows up, and what it sounds like. Once we grasp this, we can open up a conversation with our inner critic and start to turn down its volume (or tell it to f*ck off).
